Hallsley Chosen Best Community For 4th Consecutive Year!

Hallsley and East West Communities were recognized for four of the top awards at the Home Builders Association of Richmond’s Sales and Marketing Excellence Awards. These included:

Community of the Year (501 to 1000 homesites)–for the 4th consecutive year!
Best Community Spirit; The Southern Living Inspired Community Street of Hope–for the 2nd year!
Best Marketing Community (501 to 1000 homesites)–for the 3rd year!
Best Social Media–for the 5th consecutive year!

The Home Builders Association of Richmond (HBAR) recognizes superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, home builders, developers, remodelers, real estate agents, and other associate members through the MAME Awards. The competition is presented by the HBAR Sales & Marketing Council.  The 2018 awards were presented at the Jefferson Hotel on Thursday evening, March 1, with approximately 500 people in attendance.

Hallsley is also the recipient of four international sales, marketing, and design awards from the National Association of Home Builders in January of 2017 at the international convention in Orlando – including two independent award recognitions for the Best Master Planned Community in America.
