Hi everyone it’s Jo Lewis with Magnum Opus realty and I represent Ray Williams Custom Homes. And today I’m here in Hallsley to give you a quick peek of our Brookstone model. Our Brookstone model is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12 to five p.m. And this weekend you can see it as part of the Hallsley spring tour along with eight other beautiful homes. We’re gonna be open 12 to five Saturday and Sunday, come out to Hallsley and take a look. Follow me let’s look at this now though. So as you come into our model, you’re gonna see that we do a lot of open floor plans, that’s actually what’s popular right now. A lot of clients wanna have an open floor plan so you’ll see lots of open spaces. Also right now you’re see our beautiful, lovely shiplap. If you’re a fan of any of the HGTV shows, you’ll know that shiplap is popular. And so we’ve included it in our model here in the foyer. Follow me now into the lovely family room. Open spaces again are very popular. As we transition down you’ll notice that in the kitchen we’ve got amazing lighting, cabinets to the ceiling and we’re also focusing on a beautiful granite countertop. Take a look at this fabulous screened in porch, perfect for having all of your family get togethers, barbecues and cookouts. Here we’re coming into the fabulous mudroom, a stop and drop area for you all to leave everything behind and not clutter the house. These are very popular these days with our clients as they want a place for the kids to drop all the their book bags, sports equipment, shoes, et cetera.
