Hallsley’s success over the years has been amazing. Since 2013, we have sold over 600 homes, won numerous awards, hosted multiple home shows, and completed $5 Million in amenities. 2013
• East West Communities purchases the remaining 600 homesites in Hallsley
• 34 new home sales
2014
• Grand Opening of the Hallsley Residents Club
• Voted Best Community in Richmond by readers of Richmond Magazine
• Hosted two major home shows with over 14,000 combined visitors
• 99 new home sales
2015
• Grand Opening of the Hallsley Residents’ Club pool, amenities park, dog park, nature trail system, and more
• Hosted its first Massey Street of Hope, featuring 8 luxury designer homes, raising over $1 million for VCU Massey Cancer Center
• 161 new home sales
2016
• Grand Opening of the Parks, a total of three maintenance provided neighborhoods
• Hosted the Richmond Homearama with record-breaking attendance of over 22,000 people in 16 days
• Voted Best Community in Richmond by readers of Richmond Magazine for the 3rd consecutive year
• 120 new home sales
2017
• Hallsley win’s Platinum for the 2017 Best Master Planned Community by the National Association of Home Builders Best In American Living
• Hallsley wins Silver for the 2017 Best Master Planned Community In America by the Sales and Marketing Council of The National Association of Home Builders
• Opening of the Model Court featuring 8 fully furnished models
• Hosted the Southern Living Inspired Community Street of Hope featuring 8 Southern Living homeplans, raising over $350,000 for VCU Massey Cancer Center and the VCU School of Business

2018
• Home Builders Association of Richmond MAME Awards vote Hallsley:
