• Westhaven and Glenhaven at Hallsley allow for a smaller square footage starting at 2,600 square feet.

• Creekside and Forest Creek at Hallsley have a 3,200 square feet of living space minimum.

• Saville Park is a maintenance-provided neighborhood featuring all first-floor master suites with a minimum square footage of 2,100 and a maximum square footage of 3,600.
