ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation provides assistance, support, and kindness when our kids and their families need it most. From the moment of diagnosis, through treatment and beyond, ASK (Assistance, Support, and Kindness) is there to help. With 1-2 children diagnosed with cancer every week here in Central Virginia, the numbers add up way too quickly. That’s where ASK steps in to help. Our Patient Programs are based in the ASK Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU. This means that our staff is working side-by-side with the medical staff to make sure our ASK kids and their families receive the support they need from the moment they hear the words “Your child has cancer.”
